Welcome to LB. By engaging our services in Website Design, Social Media Management, App Development and other related, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions

"LB" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" – refers to Lukman Bachu and its subsidiaries.

"Client" / "You" / "Your" – refers to any individual, business, or organization purchasing or using our services.

"Services" – refers to website design, development, social media management, app development, and related services offered by LB.
2. Service Engagement

A signed agreement or digital confirmation (invoice acceptance, email confirmation, or payment) represents a binding contract.

Projects commence only after:

Deposit/initial payment is received.
-
All required materials (logos, content, credentials, etc.) are provided.
-

Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend delivery timelines.
3. Payments
-
All invoices are due as per the agreed schedule.
-
Late payments may result in suspension of work and/or services until accounts are settled.
-
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
-
Full project ownership (designs, apps, websites) is transferred only upon final payment.
4. Intellectual Property

All designs, apps, and content created by LB remain the property of LB until payment is complete.

After full payment:
-
Website/App source files and rights are transferred to the client.
-
LB retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and lawful content. LB is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

You are responsible for keeping login details, passwords, and confidential information secure.
-
You must comply with all laws and regulations relating to your industry.
6. Support & Maintenance
-
Basic support is included for a limited period after delivery (as per your plan).
-
Ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements are available via subscription support plans.
-
Emergency/priority support may be subject to additional charges.
7. Limitations of Liability

LB is not liable for:

Third-party service interruptions (e.g., external hosting, payment gateways, social platforms).
-
Losses due to misuse, security breaches caused by weak client passwords, or client negligence.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
-

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract with 14 days’ written notice.

LB reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are overdue.
-
The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct.
-
Misuse of our services threatens our business integrity.
-

Upon termination, all fees due must be settled immediately.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Client data and project details are kept strictly confidential.

We do not share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
-
LB may use anonymized data for analytics, improvements, and marketing purposes.
10. Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
11. Amendments

LB reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
12. Acceptance
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
